Booking Cancellation & Refund Policies

Confirmation Policy

✔ Customers will receive a confirmation voucher via WhatsApp within 24 hours of a successful booking.
✔ If the preferred slot is unavailable, we will offer an alternate schedule as per the customer’s preference, with a new confirmation voucher sent via email.
✔ If no suitable alternative is available, customers may cancel their booking before confirmation and receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

• 30+ days before the scheduled start date: 90% refund of the total booking amount.
• 15 to 29 days before the scheduled start date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• 7 to 14 days before the scheduled start date: 25% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 7 days before the scheduled start date: No refund.

2. Company-Initiated Cancellations:

• If Digital Uttarakhand Trekking Camping Adventure Pvt. Ltd. cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, government regulations, etc.), customers will receive:
  ✅ Full refund of the total booking amount or
  ✅ The option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the cancellation date.
• Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.

2. Non-Refundable Situations:

❌ No refunds for no-shows or early departures.
❌ Additional expenses due to itinerary changes (transport, accommodation, etc.) are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

1. Rescheduling by Customer:

✔ Customers can reschedule up to 15 days before the scheduled start date without any additional charges.
✔ Rescheduling less than 15 days before the start date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.

2. Rescheduling by Company:

✔ If Digital Uttarakhand Trekking Camping Adventure Pvt. Ltd. needs to reschedule an event, customers will be notified in advance.
✔ Customers can accept the new schedule or receive a full refund.
