Booking & Cancellation Policy

✔ Confirmation Policy

  • Customers will receive a confirmation voucher via WhatsApp within 24 hours of booking.
  • If the preferred slot is unavailable, an alternate schedule will be offered.
  • If no suitable slot is available, customers may cancel before confirmation & get a full refund.

💳 Payment Policy

  • Booking Amount: 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm the reservation.
  • Balance Payment: 70% at the start of the trip/yatra.
  • Last-Minute Bookings: Within 7 days of departure → 100% payment required.
  • Modes of Payment: Bank Transfer, UPI, or other authorized digital modes.

❌ Cancellation Policy

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • 30+ days before trip: 90% refund
  • 15–29 days before: 50% refund
  • 7–14 days before: No refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

2. Company-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Full refund of total amount OR
  • Free rescheduling to another date

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed within 10–15 business days.
  • Refund will be credited using original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • No-shows or early departures.
  • Additional expenses due to itinerary changes are non-refundable.

🔄 Rescheduling Policy

1. Customer-Initiated:

  • Free rescheduling up to 15 days before departure.
  • Less than 15 days → 20% rescheduling fee.

2. Company-Initiated:

  • Customers will be notified in advance.
  • Can accept new dates or request full refund.
