Cancellation Policy

1. **Customer-Initiated Cancellations:**

•    – **30 days or more before the scheduled start date:** 90% refund of the total booking amount.
•    – **15 to 29 days before the scheduled start date:** 50% refund of the total booking amount.
•    – **7 to 14 days before the scheduled start date:** 25% refund of the total booking amount.
•    – **Less than 7 days before the scheduled start date:** No refund.

2. **Company-Initiated Cancellations:**

•    – If “Digital Uttarakhand Trekking Camping Adventure Pvt Ltd” cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, government regulations, etc.), customers will receive a full refund of the total booking amount or can opt for rescheduling at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

1. **Refund Process:**

•    – Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation.
•    – Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.

2. **Non-Refundable Situations:**

•    – No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures from the trek/camp.
•    – Any additional expenses incurred by the customer due to changes in itinerary (e.g., transportation, accommodation) will not be refunded.

Rescheduling Policy

1. **Rescheduling by Customer:**

•    – Customers can reschedule their booking up to 15 days before the scheduled start date without any additional charges.
•    – Rescheduling requests made less than 15 days before the scheduled start date will incur a fee of 20% of the total booking amount. 

2. **Rescheduling by Company:**

•    – If the company needs to reschedule the event, customers will be notified at the earliest and can choose to participate on the new dates or receive a full refund.
