Booking & Cancellation Policy
✔ Confirmation Policy
- Customers will receive a confirmation voucher via WhatsApp within 24 hours of booking.
- If the preferred slot is unavailable, an alternate schedule will be offered.
- If no suitable slot is available, customers may cancel before confirmation & get a full refund.
💳 Payment Policy
- Booking Amount: 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm the reservation.
- Balance Payment: 70% at the start of the trip/yatra.
- Last-Minute Bookings: Within 7 days of departure → 100% payment required.
- Modes of Payment: Bank Transfer, UPI, or other authorized digital modes.

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

- 15–29 days before: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before: No refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations:
- Full refund of total amount OR
- Free rescheduling to another date
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds processed within 10–15 business days.
- Refund will be credited using original mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- No-shows or early departures.
- Additional expenses due to itinerary changes are non-refundable.
🔄 Rescheduling Policy
1. Customer-Initiated:
- Free rescheduling up to 15 days before departure.
- Less than 15 days → 20% rescheduling fee.
2. Company-Initiated:
- Customers will be notified in advance.
- Can accept new dates or request full refund.
